Went to your parts department and ordered 2 cables Jamie was super helpful to deal with. A few days later i saw a gentleman in food city (Radford) with a Black Bear shirt on, he introduced himself as Jake from Black Bear Harley Davidson. I called parts while i was helping a friend in Max Meadows about my parts the Lady said they weren't in yet and they would call me when they came in. A few days later i got a call from Mandy who told me my parts were in, I said i would be in to get them after the rains let up, she said i don't blame you and be careful. On Saturday the 28th i came in to get my parts, said hi to Jake (who remember me from food city) asked him about their Hog Chapter who then introduced me to Justin who took my info. Picked up my parts and Mandy remembered our conversation from days ago. Sunday evening i got a call from Justin to ask how we were with all the rain we were having. you guys went above and beyond. Over the last year or so I have taken a break from riding, or even owning a Harley-Davidson! Well, this past weekend my wife and I decided it was time to get back into the wind, so we began our search for the perfect Harley ! I came across Black Bear Harley-Davidson and took a look at their inventory. Just so happened they had the right Harley for me! I called and spoke to Chase at around 2:00 PM on a Sunday! He said come on down and take a look, ensuring he would take care of me. Well, I live 3 1/2 hours away from the dealership, Chase did not hesitate and replied "IF this is the Harley for you, I am here all night"! Not only did he stay late, Josh and Jay stayed as well! When my wife and I walked in at 7:00 PM we instantly felt at home! They did not have to sell me on Harley-Davidson, I love these bikes, what they did was earn my Loyalty! I felt like I have known them my entire life, and they were there not only to get me back riding. They were there and they helped me fulfill my dream, once again, of owning the greatest motorcycle ever invented ! These gentlemen went beyond my expectations and offered a very fair deal as well. While on my way home from a trip to hang out with some old Military friends over Veterans Day weekend. I stopped here to purchase some poker chips to share from my travels. After using the restroom I was offered a coffee, and promptly asked me if there was anything I needed help with. One particular bike stood out to me, once I inquired, I was offered a test ride. They offered a fair trade of my current ride, and after some brief back and forth we had a deal. The best experience I have ever had purchasing a new Harley Davidson!!!!

I was passing thru on 7/13/2018 heading home to the Niagara Falls NY area. When i noticed all my shifter linkages were loose. I stopped at Black Bear HD and the nice gentleman and lady behind the service desk took me right in. After further inspection of bike they determined that something could possibly be broke,or it may just be all loosened up. They checked their inventory and did not have the parts in stock. So they scoured the nearby dealerships to find out who had the parts in stock. This way, when the mechanic started to fix the problem any parts would be on hand. Finding Cole HD in Bluefield WV as the nearest dealer with parts,they determined i was safe to ride that distance to make sure i was at a dealership with the parts. I would like to make a big shoutout to the service members working that day to help me resolve my problems and get me pointed in the right direction. Awesome dealership....Awesome service!!

Lakyn in Motorclothes took the time to call and locate me an obsolete helmet in Washington State. I had called 24 dealerships in other states prior to this location. I have ordered the helmet and just wanted people to know that Black Bear staff go that extra mile for customers even when you are not purchasing the item there. I just wanted to express my appreciation to all of the sales staff at Black Bear HD (particularly Mark and TJ). I made my purchase (2012 Fat Boy Lo) while serving overseas (AFG) three months before I arrived home. Both Mark / TJ went above and beyond the usual level of service. They were professional, friendly, and answered all of my numerous texts and email questions every day of the week (even when they were off). I had been searching for a bike for months and experienced many less professional HD dealers. I was extremely fortunate to find Black Bear HD and have Mark and TJ guide me through the process. When I picked up my bike they made me feel like family. All of the sales ladies were great, helping me and my wife gear up. Even though it was a super busy Anniversary celebration (15th year) they still took their time with us. I cannot say enough about this dealership. If you ever find yourself in a position to visit you should do so. If in the market for a bike you cannot find a better dealership to work with. I do not usually make posts or comments but I wanted to express my appreciation and heartfelt thanks.

The sales staff was wonderful but the service staff was amazing. Mandy Cassell deserves a lot of credit from the service department. Mandy and her staff treated us like royalty when we visited Black Bear Harley Davidson. Being on the road for two days in rain had our bikes squalid. When asked if they could clean our bikes, there was no hesitation and the team went to work cleaning two days of crud from our bikes. As we waited, the service staff entertained us with genuine laughter and smiles, I will certainly be returning to Black Bear Harley in my future trips. josh porter sold me my bike--it was the one of the quickest and easiest buying experiences I've ever had. He's extremely knowledgeable and a real credit to the dealership. Well my wife and I took our bikes to have them serviced Sat the 18th of June. while we were there my wife was looking at a couple bikes, she found a Heritage that she liked and just like that Will Cole & TJ Salyers went to work and two hours later she upgraded from a sportster to her new Heritage Softail. These guys are amazing. This makes bike number four that we have bought at Black Bear Harley Davidson and every time it has been a great experience. This was my 3rd H-D dealer to try for a used bike. The first dealer was OK but nothing to jump up and down about. The 2nd dealer was downright rude and arrogant. Now Black Bear came to bat and they hit a grand slam. By far the best experience I have had buying a vehicle of any kind car and truck included.
